Dreams don’t lie. They show the wounds you’ve buried, even the ones you thought you got over — They reveal the old pain that’s still quietly shaping your life today.
Here’s the thing - trauma doesn’t have to be caused by something huge. It can be the little things, or the small things that happen over and over. If Mom love was lacking or Dad’s wasn’t supportive, we shut down parts of our heart. Or you may have experienced [list: bullying, abuse, losing a loved one, a health crisis, or a heartbreak]. All of these things can cause emotional withdrawal and negative programming that still holds you back.
The good news is – by releasing that old trauma you can clear any negative patterns or behaviors caused by that trauma.
How dreams identify trauma

A woman was back on her old college campus. She was trying to wade through snow piled to her chest. She tried to reach class, but she couldn’t climb the steps. This dream reveals a heartbreak in college had frozen the dreamer’s heart. She thought she was over it. Her dream said otherwise."
